Maple Syrup Allergens

Maple Syrup is a wholesome product created by boiling the sap of maple trees. The major components of Maple Syrup are simple sugars; pure maple syrup contains no protein. Proteins are associated with most food allergies and are found in peanuts, soybeans, milk, eggs, fish crustacea, tree nuts and wheat.

McLure’s packages maple syrup and honey only. It does not process, store, or handle any allergens. Allergic reactions stemming from the consumption of Maple Syrup are highly uncommon.
